Philippe Diallo President
Philippe Diallo has been deeply involved in social dialogue within the sport sector for many years now. Indeed, he has been Chairman of the CoSMoS, the French organisation of sport employers, since 2013. Elected President of EASE in April 2019, he works as the CEO of UCPF, a French syndicate of professional football clubs and a single judge at the FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC).
Petri Heikkinen Treasurer
Petri Heikkinen is a lawyer and works as a Senior Adviser (Legislation) in the Finnish Sports Confederation (Valo). He has worked for the sports movement since 2001, first in the Finnish Football Association and then in sport's central federations in Finland . He was during the first Councils Action plan for sport (2011-2014) member of the expert groups on Good Governance and Sustainable financing. He is member of the board of the Finnish Antidoping Agency and vice president of the Club licensing committee of the Finnish Football Association.
Anna Dicander General Secretary
Anna Dicander is working as a negotiator and legal advisor at Arbetsgivaralliansen, the employers' organization in Sweden where most Sports and athletes-employers' are organized. She has been at Arbetsgivaralliansen for two years, which gives her the opportunity to assist every kind of sport employers, from really small sport clubs with one or two employees to the largest Elite-clubs, in their venture to improve conditions of work, clarity of agreements and skillsets when it comes to coping with all legislative requirements that come with being an employer in the field of Sports.

Tudor Chiuariu Board member
Dr. Tudor Chiuariu is an Attorney-at-Law at the High Court of Cassation and Justice of Romania, with an extensive practice and scientific research in International Arbitration, EU Law, Sports Law and Human Rights. He holds a PhD "magna cum laude" in law.
Christian Pierar Invited member
Christian Pierar has acted as a Board member of EASE between 2004 till 2016, was Chairman of the Board of the Belgian fitness Federation between 2002 and 2015. He served as Board Member and Vice Chairman on the IHRSA Board and was also involved in the founding of Europe Active (EHFA) where he served on the Board till 2008.
